B.C. Transit is rewarding the class of 2017 with special passes that provide two days of free, unlimited travel during June.

GradPASS will be given to students throughout the province, including Sooke.

Students scratch off their two chosen travel days on the pass, and show the card to their bus driver. The pass is not transferable.

GradPASS was first introduced in Vancouver in 1988 as part of the CounterAttack program.

The Victoria Regional Transit System introduced the program in 1990. Over the past 27 years, the number of participating communities has grown.
