Capital Regional District Parks is hosting a guided tour to Beechey Head Point this Saturday (May 20).
A park naturalist will lead participants for a west coast exploration from Aylard Farm to Beechey Head Point in East Sooke Regional Park.
The four-hour trek explores a “paradise hiking trail” that winds along the ocean, passing arbutus bluffs and kelp forests along the way.
Participants should wear sturdy hiking shoes, pack a lunch and water. The hike goes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
