B.C. ELECTION: Six places to vote early in Sooke and the West Shore

Sooke and West Shore residents in the new Langford-Juan de Fuca riding will have six local places to vote when advance polls open tomorrow.

Voters can mark their ballots at SEAPARC Leisure Centre, Sooke Community Hall, Belmont High School, Four Point Sheraton, and Gordon United Chursh or the District Electoral Offices in Langford.

Advance voting is scheduled for April 29 and 30, and May 3, 4, 5 and 6. Advance voting places will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. All voters can vote at any advance voting place, and all advance voting places are wheelchair accessible.

General voting day is scheduled for May 9. Voting places will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Voting is also available at any district electoral office from when an election is called to 4 p.m. on general voting day.
