Five injured in two separate crashes

Sooke RCMP have launched investigations into two motor vehicle accidents that have sent five people to hospital in the last week.

Four people were taken to hospital this morning after a three-car fender bender on Sooke Road.

The accident occured at Sooke and Manzer roads.

On Friday, a motorcycle crashed on West Coast Road, near Muir Creek.

At approximately 12:30 pm Friday, Sooke RCMP responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Coast Rd., near the Muir Creek bridge.

The driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

So far, no charges have been laid.
