If so, today is the last day you can apply for Sooke Fire Rescue’s 2018 recruit class.
Applications are available online, at Fire Station No. 1, 2225 Otter Point Rd., or by contacting Capt. Cam Norris-Jones at 250-642-5422.
Training sessions for new recruit firefighters begins in January 2018 at Fire Station No. 1. When basic training is completed, successful applicants will be issued a pager and can begin attending emergency calls.
