Regretfully I would like to announce the sudden passing of my father Chum. He passed at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox B.C., with daughter Rachel and his wife Holly at his side. Chumy leaves behind his devoted wife Holly, Daughter Rachel, Brothers: Rod, Wayne, Ron and Randy, Sisters: Michelle, Melanie and Colette; as well as his parents Ray and Betty. Chumy will be missed by his large extended family and also by his many great friends. With respect to Chum’s wishes no funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Sooke Regional Museum would be appreciated. I would like to thank the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital for their kindness. May he eternally rest at sea.
