Letters: Removing clutter
I am writing in response to Janet McDonald’s letter in the Sooke News Mirror, Nov. 14, entitled “Memorial has vanished.” The following may or may not have some bearing on your observation.
A while ago, I read a newspaper article wherein BC Hydro explained that it is their policy to remove clutter and debris that inhibits access to their poles. You must consider it a possibility that BC Hydro has seen fit to enforce its rules. Last I heard, Ted Olynyk is the spokesperson for BC Hydro should you wish to check further.
