At about 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 17, I was about to leave the parking lot in front of Peoples Drug Mart, when I was beckoned to stop.
A couple, Tara and Rocco, stepped up and pointed out that my left rear tire was flat.
They immediately set about changing the flat with my spare, wouldn’t accept any payment, wished me well and went on their way.
My sincere gratitude goes out to them for their spontaneous act of kindness. Such a feel good beginning to my week. Thank you both.
