RE: Seniors want permanent home (Letters, June 15)
Given the current tax structure in Sooke, it would not be affordable to young families that are having a tough time making housing and cost of living commitments. There would need to be a massive fundraising approach to make a senior center happen. Let’s fix up the Sooke Community Hall and give the seniors what they need.
