Someone with a horse and a pig dumped a load of pig feces laced with manure in the Tugwell Road ditch, adjacent to the Slingsby Place stop sign.
This ditch discharges into DeMamiel Creek.
During the next rainy spell, domestic water users may encounter a fecal coliform bloom.
