The sewer fee increase is a direct cost of giving EPCOR a $350,000 raise last year.
I said at the time that the sewer was losing money and no increase should have been given to EPCOR for it.
Be extra thankfull that a 21-year agreement was defeated and we are only paying this increase for five years.
As for the last council... at least Bev and I can sleep at night on this one.
