Polluting with burn piles
What is becoming of Sooke? This is a dumping ground for making money, polluting the environment as the developers do not want to spend money in hauling away or shredding the trees they cut down! No, they burn them in a storey high heap which does not allow the local community to breathe.
We cannot be outside, need to wash ourselves as well as the cars, house, etc., down as we are covered with ashes. Why? Because they pay the town money for burning the wood but no consideration is given to the person who is living in the small community. Shame on you all.
