$10,000 donation Sooke Fire Rescue firefighters recently presented a $10,000 to the Sooke Christmas Bureau. The money was raised during the fire department’s Fill-A-Fire Truck campaign and the Santa Run over the Christmas holiday season. This Christmas, the bureau prepared approximately 400 hampers and helped 350 families, which included 561 adults and 130 children. (CONTRIBUTED)
