More than $800 was raised in a fundraiser for Fort McMurray at West Coast Grill on May 14.
“The support we received from the community and businesses in the area has been overwhelming,” said Tracy Snow, West Coast Grill general manager.
Despite inclement weather there was a good turn out of supporters, many of whom had family or friends affected by the devastating wildfire.
Money raised was donated to Canadian Red Cross.
