Book sale shelved for COVID-19 reopens in Oak Bay

Churchmouse Books returns to regular Saturday hours starting Feb. 5

An Oak Bay staple for used books reopens to the public this month after a brief closure caused by the latest wave of COVID-19.

Churchmouse Books on Elgin Road offers thousands of quality pre-owned books across a host of categories. Proceeds support local charity partners and programming to support Greater Victoria residents. The Churchmouse giant Christmas book sale raised nearly $3,000 for local charity partners such as The Food Bank at St. John the Divine, Threshold Housing and Our Place.
