Compost expert shares knowledge at Sooke market

The Compost Education Centre’s education coordinator Kayla Siefried brings her expertise on composting to the Sooke Saturday Market on July 28.

As part of Zero Waste Sooke’s monthly table at the market, Siefried will bring a backyard compost bin, a green cone digester, and a variety of fact sheets on composting, gardening, and soil health. Anyone with questions can pop by between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
