Lions members and other groups will be spread throughout Sooke to collect $2 coins

Sooke Harbourside Lions will host Toonie Tuesday on Oct. 6.

The event supports Sooke Food Bank.

Lions members and other groups will be spread throughout Sooke to collect $2 coins and other donations from residents and visitors.

The Lions club holds the fundraiser twice a year.
