The Edward Milne Community School Society will host the University of Victoria’s Science Venture’s popular Maker Camp from July 17-21.
Open to students entering grades 4 to 6, the camp allows kids to tinker, make, design and build.
With the new Sooke Makerspace under construction at EMCS, this will be an opportunity to get a sneak peak of what goes on in a Makerspace.
Kids will design 3D models, program robot balls, and take part in engineering design challenges.
UVic undergraduate students will lead the camp.
Register at EMCSS in person or by phone at 250-642-6371.
