Music, food vendors, sidewalk sales, giveaways, ice cream and face-painting livened the afternoon in Sooke on a summer Wednesday.
A group of local businesses on one of the district’s oldest commercial blocks threw a party to celebrate the folks and families that keep them rocking. The owners of an eclectic mix of businesses that stretches from Otter Point Road around the corner onto Sooke Road hosted the Heritage Row Summer Block Party on Aug. 21.
