Transition Sooke hosts AGM

The AGM will include reports from president Jeff Bateman and treasurer Michael Tacon

Sooke Transition Town Society, also known as Transition Sooke, holds its annual general meeting Feb. 19 at Harbourside Cohousing Community.

The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with a potluck dinner, followed by the AGM at 7 p.m.

The AGM will include reports from president Jeff Bateman and treasurer Michael Tacon. Board elections will also be held.

“We will also share some of our ideas for future projects and will be open to hearing from our members what they would like to see happen,” Tacon said.

The Harbourside Cohousing Community is located at 6681 Horne Rd., in Sooke.
