Traffic redirected after crash on McKenzie Avenue

Saanich Police responded to Thursday evening collision

A Thursday evening collision on McKenzie Avenue closed several lanes to traffic.

Around 4:40 p.m., Saanich police arrived on scene at a two-vehicle crash in the eastbound lanes of McKenzie Avenue east of the Pat Bay Highway near Rainbow Street.

With all eastbound lanes and one westbound lane closed for more than four hours while officers investigated, police redirected traffic through the area.
