Canada Post suspends mail delivery in Greater Victoria

Snowy conditions have company issuing Red Alert

Canada Post has suspended mail delivery in Greater Victoria on Tuesday, according to a Red Alert posted to its website.

Citing severe weather conditions, the company said it is not safe to deliver mail. Delivery will resume once it is safe to do so.

Canada Post recommends clearing and salting walkways, stairs and driveways in order to improve safety.
