Custom motorcycle and wood cutter stolen from Sooke motorcycle shop

A custom motorcycle and a wood cutter were stolen from a Sooke motorcycle shop.

An attempted break and enter at Kenco Motorcycle’s on Sooke River Road occurred sometime between Dec.12 and Dec. 13.

The padlock on an outbuilding on the property was cut and a personal 2006 Husqvarna Motorcycle, valued at $11,000, was stolen from the property.

The motorcycle is white with a blue seat and has a lot of custom work, including blue and green spokes.

RCMP are asking residents of the Sooke River Road area to be on the lookout for this motorcycle.

In addition, sometime in the last two weeks a 2-ton log splitter on a trailer hitch, valued at $2,000, was also stolen from a carport on the same property.
