Dogs off leash can cause harm to swans and other birds

As you can see by the sign dogs are not to be chasing the wildlife. (The sign says, “Pets and Parks can coexist with your help. Keep your dog on the trail and under control. Do not let your dog chase wildlife. Pickup your dog’s droppings.) And what are they doing? This article is to remind people that there are rules that apply to them as well. (the photographer also got pictures of the owners of these dogs.)
