Sooke RCMP are turning to the public for assistance to find a witness in relation to a fatal single-vehicle collision last fall.
Police identified Riley Hubbard as a possible witness to the incident, which occured in September of 2016.
It is unknown if Hubbard lives in the Sooke area or the West Shore area and may possibly attend a local school, said Sooke RCMP Staff Sgt. Jeff McArthur.
