Sooke RCMP have ended their investigation into a fire that destroyed a small travel trailer on Walse Road last November.
“At this point we’ve closed our file, as there was no evidence to show arson or anything suspicious to be the case,” said Sooke RCMP Cpl. Dawn Gilhen.
Sooke Fire Rescue was called to the trailer fire on Nov. 28 and when they arrived the structure was engulfed in flames.
The residents of the trailer were not inside at the time, but police opened an arson investigation after talks with fire officials.
