Three properties were sold for unpaid taxes at the annual District of Sooke tax sale.
The owners of the properties at 3041 Phillips Rd. and at 1820 Maple Ave. South now have one year to pay the taxes plus accrued interest. The money will go to the property purchaser. If not, the property reverts to the purchaser.
Taxes owed on the Phillips Road property amounts to $13,669.63. Taxes due on the Maple Road South property total $41,325.56.
