Three-vehicle crash on Highway 1 still causing congestion

Wednesday morning’s commute was crawling with reports of a crash involving three vehicles on the Trans-Canada Highway near the Colwood on-ramp. Drivers are still seeing congestion on Highway 1 heading towards Victoria.

A fender bender on Wale Road also caused some delays for morning commuters.
