VicPD seek missing man

Andrew Chapman was reported missing on March 5, 2018

The Victoria Police Department is looking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Andrew Chapman, 29, was reported as missing on Monday.

He is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • Stands 5’11
  • Weighs 145 pounds
  • Brown hair
  • Hazel eyes

Chapman has several tattoos including tear drop on left cheek, full sleeves and wings on his neck.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 and anyone who sees Andrew or knows where he is to call 911.
