Victoria police seek woman on suspicion of trafficking

Rachel Bailey, 46, wanted for possession of a controlled substance for purpose of trafficking

Victoria police are asking for the public’s help to locate 46-year-old Rachel Bailey, who is wanted for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Bailey stands 5’4” and weighs approximately 130 pounds, and has black hair and green eyes.
