Alex William Knatchbell

May 10, 1993 - January 20, 2020
With aching hearts we deeply mourn Alex's unexpected death.
A loving, caring young man with a bright spirit that was ever present with his family and friends. Alex enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, ratrods, automobile tinkering, making hemp jewellry, collections of all sorts, his geckos and especially adored time with his little sisters.
Born in New Westminster, grade school in Coquitlam, Maple Ridge & Chilliwack and EMCS High School graduate in Sooke 2012. He worked in the trades of painting and home building.
Alex is mourned by his mother, Cheryl Chalifour (Vincent), sisters Katarina and Kaitlyn, and father, Tom Knatchbell. Maternal grandparents Rick and Marie Foisy & Great Grandma Lil Larson, paternal grandfather Bill Knatchbell, girlfriend Koebe and a very large close family of aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held at 1pm on February 1st at Sooke Baptist Church, 7110 West Coast Rd, Sooke.
As Alex's legacy, his wish would be to help women in need. If you would like to, please make a small donation to any women's shelter in lieu of flowers.
