Eura and Donald settled in Sooke after Don retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force. It was the realization of a life long dream – living on the west coast and fishing for Dad, picking roses in January for Mom.
Eura’s proudest achievement was, with the help of Don, she raised eight happy, healthy, independent children.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Royal Jubilee Hospital for their effort and compassion during this difficult time.
A memorial service will be held for Eura at the Sands Funeral Chapel, 317 Goldstream Ave. in Colwood, 11: 00am September 17, 2007.
In lieu of flowers please donate in Eura’s memory to Diabetes Research. Condolences maybe offered at www.sandsfuneral.com
