Born November 23, 1941 in Powell River died peacefully at home after a brief encounter with liver cancer on April 13, 2010.
He is survived by his wife Carole Ann (Kelly) Bullock, son Casey Billock (Renee), and daughter Sherry Bullock.
He will be missed by his stepdaughters Gillian Ann, Andrea, Arwenm McNaught and Kim Dunn of Sooke.
He leaves behind many precious grandchildren, great grandchildren and several stepchildren and great grandchildren.
He has been our joy in life.
No service has been requested by Fred.
In lieu of cards and flowers donate to hospice or plant pansies, they were his favourite flower.
