On December 28, 2018 Gladys passed away peacefully at Victoria General Hospital.
Gladys was born August 2, 1924 to Joseph and Evelyn Davis. She had two younger brothers, Melvyn and Ken.
Mom married the love of her life Charles Royal on March 20, 1943. They had 4 children: Wayne, David, Michael and Kathryn. Mom was predeceased by her husband Chuck in 2004 and her son David in 2015.
Mom is survived by her son Wayne (Sherry), Son Michael (Tracy), daughter Kathryn (Andrew) and multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Mom's Life will be held on May 11, 2019 from 1 to 3 pm, upstairs in the Sooke Legion.
