I am writing to say that I love Sooke, Victoria, Oak Bay and the Langford areas.
I am visiting my three sisters from Peterborough, Ont. I have never been in this part of B.C. I lived in Haida Gwaii from 1969 to 1974 and then moved back to Toronto.
I must say I am very impressed with the weather, flowers and trees and what I really love in all the towns I have mentioned is the house architecture. They are unique and have such a “wow” factor.
I am also enjoying the birds and wildlife and did I mention, weather?!?
