This letter is to add to the disgust of Parvez Kumar regarding the clearcuts west of Jordan River (Letters, Jan. 4). There is also a huge, ugly mess near Parkinson Creek left by a logging contractor and, obviously, the Forest Ministry doesn’t give a damn!
It’s a horrible sight to drive by this abomination for both residents and tourists.
