The writer is misinformed. It is not the purpose of the state to protect its citizens from harmful drugs. We are not a herd of animals under the care of a kindly farmer. We are human beings. We have the right to harm ourselves.
In any event, I am sure the writers’ pseudo-scientific musings are so much claptrap.
