Letters: Elida’s columns appreciated

Former Sooke resident enjoys reading historical columns

I read the Sooke News Mirror online every week and a bit part of me wishes I were still in Sooke… as Sooke was such a joyous  part of my family and my life for over 40 years.

You celebrated the 75th anniversary of the Sooke Community Hall, I so would loved to have been there and to have visited with so many persons  I probably  know.

I do so enjoy Elida’s articles on the pioneers (and I remember so many of them). Great articles  Elida.

I visit back often as I still have family there.
