Since UVic has been poking around in land use issues west of Sooke, I’m going to follow their lead by unearthing the following little gem:
Location: downtown Victoria — somewhere behind the long chain link fence is a digital sign; the fence is the containment barrier for a soccer field; the sign says, future site for “even more bricks and mortar.”
Hello UVic, are you there? Is anybody there? Because, duh, we got the Internet now, we don’t have to waste huge amounts of money keeping a big useless building heated, while the homeless shiver in the streets.
