I, along with many friends, have been thinking the same thing for the longest time.
I remember clearly reading in the letters column of the Sooke News Mirror a year (or two) ago, here the builder of that monstrosity stated to the community that he had every intention of making it a “living wall.” Well, where is it?
There is a responsibility to the community here that was promised, but never delivered. That stark grey wall further detracts from an already relatively drab town centre. It looks like a mausoleum and, as such, I would like to submit the attached photo (above) of the “Cedar Grave Centre” which I feel encapsulates this, and associated issues, in a succinct way.
