Regarding the bylaw about removing signage from the streets in Sooke.
Firstly, signage provided advertising for businesses off the main roads. How would anyone wanting fresh crabs, or a specialty coffee, or especially a time-honoured cafe be able to find them?
We need this type of signage in Sooke for it adds character to our neighbourhood.
Please revoke the signage bylaw.
