What Sooke does not need is another coffee shop. Sooke does not need more traffic on the roundabout.
Here’s a short list of what Sooke does need: a 24-hourdrop in medical clinic, a dialysis care unit, a diabetic care unit, a 24-hour daycare centre, and a drop in seniors daycare centre.
