Time to be transparent

It would seem once again that the mayor allows a staff member to write her story to clear things up. If she had taken the time to read the fire survey herself then many of her statements would have changed and reflected the actual document.

The real question should be, why does the mayor want to spend so much money needlessly and raise taxes out of control?

How about a tax comparison to other rural communities up-island or the Interior, not big commercial areas in the Capital Regional District (CRD) or the Lower Mainland. It wouldn’t harm her legacy to be fair and transparent for the last six months.
