To the person that is accessing Harbourview Road off of the powerlines with their full-size vehicle.

It might be a good idea not to be doing multiple 50 metre-long burnouts on Harbourview Road. Not only are you bringing unnecessary attention to yourself and others like yourself that are trespassing, but the erosion to the road will be significant when the rains come.

The OHV crowd can’t figure out why CRD will not let them into the parks?  Just take a walk up Harbourview Road and you will see why.
