Athletes in Sooke are being recognized for their dedication

alijah Phillips is currently playing hockey and basketball.  He has been playing hockey since he was 6 years- old and started playing basketball during his first year at EMCS on the junior basketball team. Calijah has the versatility of being an excellent forward as well as a very good defenseman when needed.

His future goal for hockey is playing the NCAA div 1.  Basketball is a sport that he is playing for fun currently and he wants to see where this will take him.
