Ecole Poirier in Sooke is now home to a new collection of First Nations murals, which were installed last week.
The murals are titled the Sockeye Moon, representing the Coast Salish moon phase.
The project took two months to complete, along with the creative input from dozens of students, as well as local organizations, artists and contributors. Above: Dylan Miller, Clara Stone and Lyric Vancleef show some of the work.
