Part of the beauty of the annual Victoria Flower Count is the fact those who take to tallying up their blossoms are usually blessed with mild or even warm weather.

So as this year’s count draws near – it officially runs March 7 to 14 – you might want to start thinking about where you have blooms out in the open or where they might be hiding from view.
