Fire destroys travel trailer on Walse Road in Sooke

No one was in the trailer at the time of the fire.

Fire destroyed a travel Trailer on Walse Road in Sooke Monday evening.

The fire began inside the trailer around 6 p.m., though the cause remains unknown, said Sooke Fire Rescue assistant fire chief Matt Barney.

Despite efforts from fire crews, the trailer was destroyed.

No one was in the trailer at the time of the fire.

The fire investigation was handed over to the RCMP.
