UPDATE: Victoria police report previously missing young man found

Matthew Sydney, 26, had been seen last in the city Dec. 2

The Victoria Police Department has announced that Matthew Syndey has been found and is safe.

The 26-year-old man was the subject of a Dec. 15 missing person report, before that having been seen last in Victoria on Dec. 2.

Victoria Police thanked the public for their help in sharing information.
