To the registered owner(s) of a Black 2009 BMW, 3 Series 335i, BC License Plate No. PT390S VIN WBAPL335X9A404281 and a Black 1994 Toyota 4 Runner, BC License Plate No. PV778D, VIN JT4VN36H1R0017473 that pursuant to the Warehouse Lien Act and Section 192 of the Motor Vehicle Act, the above noted vehicles have been parked at 7875 West Coast Road, Sooke, B.C. without the approval or consent of the property owners. It is our intent to dispose of the vehicles in accordance with the provisions of the Act for the purpose of recovering storage fees.
